Requirements

Six months of professional experience working with children (required).
A High School Diploma/GED (required).

Nice To Haves

One year of professional childcare or teaching experience (preferred).
An Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support multiple classrooms and age groups as needed throughout the day.
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
Assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum activities and daily classroom routines.
Ensure smooth classroom transitions and maintain consistency in care and learning experiences.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
Assist with classroom management, supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding children's needs, progress, and daily activities.
Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies.
