About The Position

Capistrano Unified School District is recruiting an Elementary Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is open only to current CUSD employees and substitute teachers and is scheduled to begin January 14, 2027.

Requirements

• Open only to current Capistrano Unified School District employees and substitute teachers.
• Attach current California credentials, with a printout showing the detailed Document Number from the CTC website; do not attach the certificate.
• Attach a CLAD or other English Learner Authorization; it may be embedded in the California credential.
• Attach college transcripts. Unofficial copies are acceptable for application purposes. Transcripts must show 24 ECE units, and the units must be highlighted.
• Attach a current resume.
• Attach three letters of recommendation or references from people able to comment on the applicant’s employment record; they must be from within the last two years.
