About The Position
The Teacher Assistant-Early Childhood Ed assists the Early Childhood Teacher with day-to-day activities. The position is located at Coral Springs Elementary and follows a 189-day work calendar. Requirements
- Have a standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program, and hold and maintain a valid State of Florida Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent certification in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards; alternatively, have an earned associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Obtain any additional continuing education hours mandated by the program funding source within the required time frame to remain actively employed.
- Have computer skills as required for the position.
