About The Position
The Teacher Assistant-Early Childhood Ed assists the Early Childhood Teacher with day-to-day activities. Requirements
- High school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved GED testing program, and a valid Florida Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent certification that meets Head Start Performance Standards; alternatively, an associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Obtain any additional continuing education hours required by the program funding source within the required timeframe to remain actively employed.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
