About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports the school's early childhood education philosophy and works with educators to provide a positive, engaging learning environment. The assistant observes and responds to children's interests, supports their safety and development through language, toys, and activities, and encourages age-appropriate social behavior. The role also involves documenting and sharing children's daily milestones with parents and contributing ideas for a balanced schedule with varied quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine-motor and gross-motor activities.

Requirements

Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
Be flexible and ready to jump in during business hours.
Have a big heart for infants and a passion for their growth.

Responsibilities
