This role involves executing complex transactions and overrides accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The analyst will identify, document, and investigate process exceptions, coordinate with partners on key initiatives, and potentially lead small-scale projects. They will also identify opportunities for service delivery improvement, provide analysis of process drivers and root causes of operational issues, and support partners with requests and inquiries. Additionally, the role contributes to reporting, maintains customer relationships, and interacts with vendors. Shareholder support includes timely and accurate completion of business processes, contributing to operational excellence by suggesting improvements to standards and procedures, and staying updated on industry regulations and trends. The analyst will conduct research, analyze service delivery issues, and ensure documentation accuracy. A strong focus on risk management and control is essential, aligning with the bank's risk appetite and enterprise frameworks. This includes managing risks, escalating non-standard transactions, supporting change management projects, and ensuring compliance with the Bank and industry Code of Conduct. Team participation involves supporting a positive work environment, actively building operational knowledge, sharing ideas, and providing training or guidance to others. The role requires participation in personal performance management and development activities, timely communication of relevant issues, and contributing to a fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce. The analyst acts as a brand ambassador for Global Operations & Business Services and the bank.
