About The Position

This is a part-time position for a TDR Attendant at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The role involves providing excellent guest service and supporting the team dining room operations. The attendant will assist with serving food, setting up and maintaining buffets, clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area is clean and orderly. They will also be responsible for maintaining food temperature logs and communicating with kitchen staff. The position requires adherence to MCR's values and a commitment to creating a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
  • Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.

Responsibilities

  • Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
  • Assist with serving food to team members.
  • Set-up, restock, and tear down team dining room buffets. Ensure buffet items are maintained at proper temperature and freshness; confer with appropriate personnel if temperature/freshness is outside established guidelines, and act as directed.
  • Clear and set dining room tables; serve water, coffee, and other beverages; provide menu item information and recommendations.
  • Keep condiment containers cleaned and filled. Maintain side work areas in a stocked, clean, and orderly condition.
  • Maintain the dining area in a clean and orderly condition. Including stocking of cups, flatware, and plates.
  • Responsible for maintaining food temperature logs and recording waste.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cooks and other kitchen staff to understand daily menu items and/or requirements.
  • Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
