TBS Specialist
About The Position
ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions provides individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, people with developmental disabilities, and people experiencing extreme trauma. Clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers, and psychiatrists. The TBS Specialist provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services in consultation with a licensed clinician and helps coordinate individualized supports and treatment for clients. The position is full-time, pays $18.20–$20.90, and requires travel throughout the assigned service area.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, a high school diploma, or at least three years of relevant field experience.
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
Responsibilities
- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in consultation with a licensed clinician to help meet an individual's needs.
- Plan individualized supports and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services, including developing treatment plans.
- Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily living skills, and crisis prevention services.
- Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
- Promote positive and cooperative relationships with outside contacts.
