Requirements

• CPA or EA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with business and individual taxation
• Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Review & prepare complex business and individual returns
• Lead tax planning and strategy discussions
• Manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Oversee tax projections and planning opportunities
• Support workflow management and firm growth initiatives
