About The Position

Mojo is seeking a high-performing Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This role is designed for advisors who want to focus on giving advice rather than administrative tasks. Mojo provides a platform with a "Superhero" system for top advisors, aiming for elite-level income without burnout, lead-chasing, or delayed payments. The company is a FinTech that utilizes AI tools to streamline processes, allowing advisors to focus on providing advice and earning commission at the point of submission. They offer a commission guarantee and a lead engine that provides 5-6 pre-qualified appointments daily. A dedicated Case Management team handles administrative tasks, and AI tools assist with research and data entry. High performers can realistically earn £80k-£90k+, with a guaranteed income floor of £50,000 for the first year if KPIs are met.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• Clean regulatory record.
• Proven track record of high-velocity submissions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 18 months active advise experience.
• Tech-fluent mindset, embracing AI, data, and new workflows.
• Ambitious, data-literate, and tired of the "old school" way of broking.
• Ability to build instant rapport and maintain customer excellence.
