About The Position

Guardian Tax is hiring motivated sales professionals to join a high-volume, performance-driven team. This is a fully inbound phone role where clients are already reaching out for help with IRS debt and tax-related issues—no cold calling or prospecting. You’ll be responsible for taking inbound calls, understanding each client’s situation, presenting appropriate solutions, addressing objections, and guiding conversations through to resolution. Success in this role comes from consistency, communication, and strong execution.

Requirements

• 6+ months of phone-based sales experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confidence handling objections and driving conversations forward
• Competitive and coachable mindset
• Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-based environment
• Consistent work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities
