You’ll work directly with individuals who are reaching out for help with IRS and tax debt challenges—no cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead chasing. This role is built for strong communicators who can build trust quickly, guide conversations, and close with confidence.

- Answer live calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
