Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to lead conversations and build trust quickly
- Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a high-volume office setting
Responsibilities
- Speak with inbound callers looking for tax relief assistance
- Learn about each client’s situation and financial concerns
- Recommend the best resolution options with confidence
- Handle objections and guide conversations toward a close
- Maintain strong performance in a fast-paced sales environment
