Requirements

Active CPA license required.
10-15+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
Extensive experience reviewing and signing complex tax returns.
Strong technical expertise in federal and state taxation.
Proven leadership managing multiple client engagements and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success generating new business and expanding client relationships.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of tax, accounting, consulting, and advisory services to a diverse client base.
Review and sign complex federal and state tax returns.
Serve as the primary advisor for closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and middle-market clients.
Develop and expand client relationships while identifying additional service opportunities.
Drive new business development through referrals, networking, and strategic relationships.
Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals at all levels.
Participate in hiring, performance reviews, compensation decisions, and succession planning.
Maintain technical excellence through continuing education and leadership within the profession.
Help shape firm initiatives, quality control standards, and strategic growth.
