Tax Operations Business Analyst
About The Position
As a Business Analysis Associate in the Tax Documentation Operations team, you will analyze complex data and help deliver automation and process improvements that strengthen operational outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, support key initiatives, and improve the client experience. You will contribute to planning and execution, using sound judgment to manage risks and handle complex situations. The role focuses on turning complex information into clear insights and practical improvements that make a measurable difference. Requirements
- 3 years of experience performing data analysis, including identifying patterns and producing insights through reporting.
- Experience designing, developing, or implementing automation solutions and process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
- Experience assessing operational risks, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions with data and context.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or delegating work to support team execution and development.
- Experience providing quality service through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and experience working with industry-standard delivery methodologies.
