About The Position

Rehmann is hiring a Sr. Tax Manager / Tax Manager to manage and review tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and individuals. The role provides proactive tax planning and consulting, year-round advisory support, and practical solutions to complex tax issues. It also includes identifying opportunities to improve clients’ tax positions and enhance the firm’s services, developing strong client relationships, mentoring associates, and collaborating with firm leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA license required.
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Ability and desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment.
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Unwavering integrity in all situations.
