About The Position

Rehmann is seeking a Sr. Tax Manager or Tax Manager to manage and review tax returns for corporate entities, partnerships, S corporations, and individuals. The role provides proactive tax planning and consulting, year-round advisory support, and practical solutions to complex tax issues. The manager identifies ways to improve clients’ tax positions and enhance firm services, while developing strong client relationships. The position also includes leading and mentoring associates and collaborating with firm leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA license required.
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Ability and desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to coaching others to higher levels of performance.
• Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding others’ great work.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
