Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting management experience
• Active CPA or EA Certification required
• Ability to be onsite leading the team to success
• Ability to network and build clientele
• Excellent leadership, client service, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Coach, hire and inspire your team
• Strengthen current client relationships and build new ones
• Implement strategies to drive performance revenue and review
