About The Position

Solar Works Energy and EPEX Home Performance are looking for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to help homeowners complete paperwork for New Mexico energy tax credits and utility rebates. This is not a tax preparation or tax advisory position. You’ll guide customers through the documentation process, gather required information, prepare application packages, and keep cases moving from start to finish. This is a fully remote position, requiring availability during Mountain Time business hours. It is a temporary part-time role, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with an initial 90-day assignment and potential for extension. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Reliable internet, a dedicated home workspace, and availability during Mountain Time business hours

Responsibilities

Review completed projects for tax-credit/rebate readiness; verify documentation for completeness
Contact homeowners to collect missing information or documents
Prepare, organize, and submit application packets using company procedures
Track application status, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain organized records
Communicate progress to customers; work with project managers to resolve gaps; help improve processes
