About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager to support the Mountain View Plaza and Parkside apartment communities in Longmont, Colorado. The properties are an affordable housing group with 130 units. The Assistant Property Manager works with the Property Manager to manage the property's day-to-day operations. Pay is up to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. A background check and drug screen are required before hiring.
