Working with the Tax Managers and Partners in our Global Mobility Services Practice, you will provide compliance-related Canadian and American tax services. You will have the opportunity to work with the partner in charge and senior management to provide cutting-edge tax services to our many clients. You will be responsible for a variety of technical, administrative, and support functions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a public accounting firm
Bachelor in Accounting, Business diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in Canadian and/or US personal Tax preparation
Excellent computer skills including MS Office – Excel experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing effective interaction with client and team
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in French and English is required for this role to ensure effective communication with English-speaking clients and ongoing collaboration with teams located outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

Prepare personal Canadian/US tax returns for individuals with international income sources
Maintaining client files to ensure accurate and timely completion of returns and schedules
Follow up on notices of assessment with clients
Providing support to team members in related tasks
Tax research
Work with AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline tasks
