About The Position

This position is for a Tax Compliance Agent III, a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, meaning employees are expected to work in the office at least two days per week or as needed. Requirements

Has experience with GenTax/Collections
Is able to work in office at least two days per week, or as needed.

Responsibilities

Experience negotiating with customers
Review complex tax cases (Tax Clearance, Bonds, Bankruptcy, Garnishments)
Prior experience in collections, including taking legal action
Basic understanding of Utah tax laws
Skills in dealing with customers an adverse environment
Prior experience working with customers over the phone
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Be able to do your part in a team environment
Research information to find answer to questions
Data entry skills
Has exceptional customer service skills
Is very detail oriented
