About The Position
Caine & Weiner is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate can work independently while maintaining strong communication skills and is comfortable working with multiple software systems. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and investigating issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic experience with computer systems and software
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- CUBS experience
- FDCPA and FCRA knowledge
- Dispute processing and/or audit experience is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read ad interpret documents, forms and procedural manuals correctly
- Basic experience with database and computer systems
- Ability to meet department performance standards
Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to complaints received through BBB, CFPB, and e-OSCAR, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Learn and apply dispute processes to audit procedures, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Review complaints and QA calls as needed to identify trends and ensure quality standards are met.
