About The Position

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Boston office is seeking a highly motivated mid-level transactional tax associate to join its dynamic and growing tax practice. The tax associate will work on a broad range of sophisticated corporate, partnership, and international tax matters arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex transactions, including both domestic and cross-border matters. Candidates with experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the tax aspects of M&A, joint venture and other transactional documents are encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • Transactional tax experience from a large law firm, a Big Four national tax practice or the IRS National Office.
  • Outstanding analytical, research and writing skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant transactional tax experience is preferred.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member of the Bar in the United States.
