The Washington, DC office seeks a mid-level corporate & securities associate with a minimum of two to three years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work, corporate governance and capital markets financings. The ideal candidate will possess experience working on teams managing public company client representations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; and comparable law firm experience. The associate will join a national practice of securities lawyers who serve as regular outside counsel to more than 100 public company clients across a broad range of industries, from newly public to many S&P 500 companies.
