About The Position

An Award-winning Law Firm is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join its award-winning Life Sciences team. You will join a dynamic practice focusing on corporate transactions for cutting-edge, high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world. This includes working with venture-backed private and public companies through a range of transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters, including experience in public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions.
• General experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but this group will also consider candidates who have an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
