Requirements
- At least two years of federal income taxation experience
- Experience with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions
- Experience with debt and equity financings
- Experience with corporate, partnership, and limited liability company formations
Nice To Haves
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred
