About The Position

The Task Lead will serve as a project lead and provide oversight of a team responsible for conducting sharply focused technical and cyber intelligence analysis. This involves leveraging multiple sources of data, unique analytic tools, applications, and capabilities to directly support stakeholder requirements and priorities. The team also supports joint operations by managing the development, sustainment, and enhancement of operational support systems. The Task Lead will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contractor’s performance and will assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions. The Task Lead will manage approximately 50 contractors consisting of cyber and all source analysts, project managers, and developers. This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience, may include supervisory or management experience.
  • TS-SCI clearance eligible.
  • Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
  • Experience in the last ten years supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems and capabilities.
  • Experience in the last ten years using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including HUMINT and SIGINT methods.
  • Experience in the last ten years developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
  • Experience in the last ten years writing various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products.
  • Experience in the last ten years in project management (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule).

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contractor’s performance.
  • Assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.
  • Manage approximately 50 contractors consisting of cyber and all source analysts, project managers, and developers.
  • Work with team leaders to provide functional knowledge of operational and support processes for their service area.
  • Clarify/resolve process-related activities for the technical team.
  • Understand existing and proposed delivery processes, procedures, and tools by function.
  • Monitor and report progress against plans through final acceptance and signoff.
  • Manage, coordinate, and resolve project issues, decisions, and risks.
  • Perform personnel/performance management, including interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
