SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Task Lead to support an opportunity at MacDill AFB, FL. We are seeking a highly experienced Task Lead (Senior) to oversee daily operations and execution of a federal services contract. This role serves as the on-site lead responsible for workforce coordination, contract performance, and direct engagement with Government stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational awareness, contract execution experience, and the ability to manage a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years (within the last 10 years) of operations management or team leadership on a DoD or federal services contract, including at least 2 consecutive years in a leadership role OR Equivalent military or civil service experience in operations and/or team management
• Direct experience interfacing with Government representatives (e.g., COR, Functional Leads)
• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site operations within a secure installation environment
• Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI Eligible
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting DoD or joint-service environments
• Familiarity with performance metrics, reporting tools, and contract compliance frameworks
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
