About The Position

The Task Force Laundry Manager oversees daily laundry operations to maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations. The role manages laundry employees and day-to-day operations, maintains consistent production workflow, promotes safe work practices, and assists with the department’s financial management. The position requires 100% travel and luxury hotel experience. Pay is $27.00 per hour; travel and lodging are covered, and two meals are provided daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations to maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Supervise and manage laundry employees and manage day-to-day operations.
• Understand employee positions well enough to perform their duties in their absence.
• Communicate safety procedures and procedure codes, ensure employees understand safety codes, and monitor safety-related processes and procedures.
• Use budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of the department.
• Ensure consistent workflow to minimize production peaks and valleys.
• Bring issues to the attention of the department manager and Human Resources as necessary.
