About The Position

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations to maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Supervise and manage laundry employees and manage day-to-day operations.
• Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees’ absence.
• Communicate the importance of safety procedures and procedure codes, ensure employees understand safety codes, and monitor safety-related processes and procedures.
• Use budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of the department.
• Ensure consistent workflow to minimize peaks and valleys in production.
• Bring issues to the attention of the department manager and Human Resources as necessary.
