About The Position
This position is 100% Travel Task Force with 12 to 16 week rotations. The pay is up to $19 per hour plus overtime. The company pays for all travel and provides employee housing, which includes a roommate and a weekly rent deduction of $112 from payroll. Employees receive one free meal per shift worked.
Requirements
- 2 Years As A Stewarding Supervisor
- Ability to live on site in employee housing for 16 weeks
Responsibilities
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform and following company Dress Code policy
- Participate with monthly inventory
- Record breakage daily
- Contribute to the profitability and effective operation by controlling china, glass, silver and equipment on a daily basis.
- Ensure all equipment is pulled and set up for each event
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and back of the house areas
- Help with training for new hires
- Conduct daily kitchen inspection to ensure areas meet or exceeds Health Department Rules/Regulations
- Monitor, issue and control all ware washing and cleaning supplies
- Generally responsible for the sanitation and day to day operation when Supervisor or Manager is not present.
