About The Position
This position is 100% Travel Task Force with 12 to 16 week rotations. The pay is up to $19 per hour plus overtime. The company covers all travel expenses and provides employee housing, which includes a roommate and a weekly payroll-deducted rent of $112. One free meal is provided per shift worked. This position has a Stewarding Supervisor focus.
Requirements
- Must have experience managing Dishwashers
- Ability to stay in employee housing 12 weeks at a time
Responsibilities
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform and following company Dress Code policy
- Participate with monthly inventory
- Record breakage daily
- Contribute to the profitability and effective operation by controlling china, glass, silver and equipment on a daily basis.
- Ensure all equipment is pulled and set up for each event
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and back of the house areas
- Help with training for new hires
- Conduct daily kitchen inspection to ensure areas meet or exceeds Health Department Rules/Regulations
- Monitor, issue, and control all ware washing and cleaning supplies
- Generally responsible for the sanitation and day to day operation when Supervisor or Manager is not present.
