About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) is seeking a Taproom Manager for their new brewery in Ft Myers, FL. This full-time position is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. The Taproom Manager assists the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) and executes daily operations for both front- and back-of-house staffing. The role requires adapting to the RBC culture and bringing their 'FU Awesome' energy, vibe, and history to the new location. The Manager oversees various restaurant functions, enforces policy and procedures, ensures guests have an excellent experience, supports and supervises staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. A successful Manager will foster a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential. Weekend and evening availability are required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree a plus.
  • Brewery/beverage industry experience a plus.
