About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) is seeking a Taproom Manager for their new Ft Myers, FL brewery. This full-time position is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. The Taproom Manager will assist the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) in executing daily operations for both front- and back-of-house staffing. A key aspect of this role is adapting to the RBC culture and bringing their 'FU Awesome' energy, vibe, and history to the new Florida location. The manager will oversee various restaurant functions, enforce policies and procedures, ensure guests have an excellent experience, support and supervise staff, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The goal is to foster a positive work culture that reflects brand values, requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality.

Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma
Demonstrated supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applications
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Authorized to work in the U.S.
