About The Position

Stone Brewing is seeking Taproom Crew Members to engage in and execute beer and merchandise sales while creating and delivering an amazing fan experience. This role involves handling fan questions and concerns, seeking solutions that meet service standards, staying updated on industry standards, maintaining the taproom's visual appeal, and showcasing its beer offerings.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment.
Must have cash handling experience.
Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation is necessary.

Nice To Haves

Certified Beer Server preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver amazing fan service in all interactions with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners.
Pour and serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
Execute opening and closing duties as per company training guidelines.
Plan and conduct brewery tours, including public speaking engagements.
Stock merchandise and beer inventory, to meet visual standards.
Maintain Taproom displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.
Operate POS system accurately for sales transactions.
Understand and comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal health and safety regulations.
Maintain Taproom cleanliness and sanitation according to company and regulatory standards.
