About The Position

Withum is hiring a Talent Spring Intern for its East Brunswick or Whippany, New Jersey locations. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with travel to the New York City, Whippany, and East Brunswick offices and events as needed. The intern will support the Talent team’s employee engagement, retention, alumni, and other initiatives through coordination, recordkeeping, communication, event support, and administrative work. The position offers hands-on experience, collaboration with experienced professionals, meaningful relationships, and exposure to real-world projects across the firm.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
Coordinate communications, reminders, and follow-up activities for Talent initiatives.
Maintain program trackers, participant records, and team resources.
Schedule and support focus groups, meetings, and employee events.
Track attendance, participation, and feedback for talent programs.
Assist with alumni engagement initiatives and maintain alumni records.
Compile survey results and organize feedback data to help improve programs and processes.
Support special projects and administrative activities for the Talent team.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
