About The Position

The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings at their assigned sites. This position independently identifies, screens, interviews and verifies candidate credentials for all positions. The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings throughout the Temple University Health System. Develops comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers in effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates is established. Leverages the TUHS brand to effectively market positions to both active & passive job seekers. This position also serves as a career development expert to internal applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
• 3 years experience as a recruiter Required

Nice To Haves

• General Experience and ability to use Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems Preferred
• General Experience in healthcare Preferred
• Prof in Human Resources Preferred
