The Talent Specialist role is integral to this mission, responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for all employment openings across assigned sites within the Temple University Health System. This includes identifying, screening, interviewing, and verifying candidate credentials. The Specialist will develop recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and ensure a continuous flow of candidates. They will also leverage the Temple Health brand to market positions effectively to both active and passive job seekers and serve as a career development expert for internal applicants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • 3 years experience as a recruiter Required

Nice To Haves

  • General Experience and ability to use Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
  • General Experience in healthcare
  • Prof in Human Resources Preferred

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings at their assigned sites.
  • Independently identifies, screens, interviews and verifies candidate credentials for all positions.
  • Responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings throughout the Temple University Health System.
  • Develops comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers in effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates is established.
  • Leverages the TUHS brand to effectively market positions to both active & passive job seekers.
  • Serves as a career development expert to internal applicants.
