About The Position
Roblox is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to support the growth of its recruiting landscape and scaling efforts. The position partners with recruiters and business leaders to understand team goals and talent needs, then finds and engages candidates who can contribute to Roblox’s mission. It uses sourcing insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to shape hiring decisions and organizational growth, while improving recruiting processes and candidate experience. For roles based in an office, the schedule is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional office presence Monday and Friday unless otherwise noted. For roles based at Roblox’s headquarters in San Mateo, California, the monthly salary range is $13,271.66–$16,719 USD. Actual pay depends on job-related factors and may fall outside the range. Requirements
- At least 4 years of top-of-funnel sourcing experience in engineering.
- Ability to identify high-quality, high-craft portfolios.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results.
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
- Track record of influencing stakeholders and creatively solving complex sourcing challenges.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain candidate pipelines.
- Data-driven approach, including the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
- Startup mentality and openness to thinking outside the box.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to understand team goals and talent needs, and identify, attract, and engage candidates.
- Proactively source and engage talent using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms.
- Influence and improve recruiting processes to help the team work more efficiently and at scale.
- Share talent-market insights with hiring managers to inform decisions about leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
- Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Roblox’s values and culture throughout the process.
- Maintain operational excellence through clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong applicant tracking system hygiene.
- Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, using sourcing analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
