About The Position

Keller Executive Search is hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead the research and sourcing function that supports active client engagements. This role involves managing a team of 5-8 researchers and sourcers, reporting to the Head of Staffing. The primary focus is sourcing candidates for client search engagements (CFOs, COOs, functional VPs), not for hiring Keller's own consultants, which is handled by HR.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proven ability to drive innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sourcing output across approximately 60-80 active engagements at any time.
  • Lead the research team, including weekly prioritization with consultants, career development, and backfill hiring for open roles.
  • Manage the sourcing tooling stack, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Gem, and Hiretual/hireEZ, and renegotiate seats and contracts annually.
  • Build and maintain the talent network, identifying candidates who may not be suitable for current engagements but could be ideal for future ones, targeting N warm contacts per functional area.
  • Report monthly on sourcing KPIs such as time-to-first-slate, candidate-response rate, and shortlist-to-placement ratio.
