About The Position

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and engaging top talent across the globe. This position is part of our People & Culture team and operates as a Center of Excellence, providing global sourcing support for multiple regions and product lines. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our employer brand is consistently represented to candidates, external vendors, educational institutions, and talent communities. Your mission is to build strong connections with candidates and hiring managers, deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, and contribute to the company’s success through innovative sourcing strategies. This full time, salaried role is a hybrid position located in Indianapolis, IN, supporting a Global workforce and will report directly to the NDT Global Team Lead, Talent Sourcing.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related education is required
  • +5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment in an international matrix environment
  • Proficiency within applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Paylocity, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and familiarity with local job boards such as Zip Recruiter
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency within Microsoft applications
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage hiring across multiple regions in an international, matrix environment.
  • Ability to leverage recruiting data for insights, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with hiring managers and People & Culture partners
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines
  • Results-driven, forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners to deliver effective full-cycle recruitment (attraction, assessment, selection) for assigned portfolios.
  • Provide interview coaching and skills training to hiring managers as needed.
  • Partners closely with Team Lead, Talent Sourcing, P&C Business Partners and hiring managers to gain a full understand of hiring needs including future headcount planning for their assigned portfolios. Understands the talent market within the hiring regions and contributes to innovative hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and social media.
  • Actively network and build long-term relationships with prospective talent through referrals, career fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Ensure our employer brand and core values are clearly communicated to all candidates and external stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Provides administrative support within the local office, including preparing employment offers, contracts, internal documentation, and managing applicant correspondence.
  • Works closely with the Team Lead, Talent Sourcing, to analyze recruiting data and deliver accurate status updates and hiring metrics for monthly reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Supports the organization of recruitment events and campaigns (Career Fairs, University Visits, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
