Keller Executive Search is hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager to run the research and sourcing function that feeds our active client engagements. You'd lead a team of [5–8] researchers and sourcers, reporting to the Head of Staffing. This role sources candidates for client search engagements (CFOs, COOs, functional VPs). It is not the role that hires Keller's own consultants — that sits under HR.
