It involves utilizing various platforms for applicant sourcing, managing the recruiting gateway, and maintaining applicant tracking. The position also handles onboarding and offboarding administrative processes, quarterly staffing, and workforce documentation and compliance. Secondary responsibilities include managing non-employee contractor requests and administering HR policies.
