Pursuit is seeking an innovative Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead field recruitment across our operating locations in the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for hiring outcomes, recruiting readiness, and continuous improvement across the field. Balancing people leadership with hands-on execution, this role partners closely with operations and the broader People Team to support high-volume seasonal and year-round operational hiring across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will bring proven experience building talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, and influencing hiring leaders to attract top talent in fast-paced environments. They are equally comfortable coaching recruiters and step directly into recruitment delivery to evolving business needs.
