About The Position

As the Associate Manager – Field Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead the hiring of hourly employees across your territory. You’ll coach and support a team of Senior Hiring Specialists while partnering closely with business leaders to meet hiring needs efficiently and thoughtfully. This role blends people leadership, data-informed decision making and hands-on recruiting strategy. If you enjoy building teams, solving problems and seeing your impact show up in stores and communities, this is a great fit for you! This role is remote, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • 2 years of people leadership experience
  • Ability to manage operations across multiple locations or a defined territory
  • Ability to use applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Guide high-volume, non-exempt hiring across multiple locations
  • Use data to spot trends, share insights and improve hiring outcomes
  • Balance team workloads to support big hiring pushes and seasonal needs
  • Represent talent acquisition in business and leadership meetings
