The primary focus of the Talent Programs Manager is to execute Etsy’s recurring talent programs, which include: promotions, talent planning, annual performance reviews, feedback, development check-ins, 30,60,90-day check-ins. This person will coordinate across key functions within the People team and ensure an optimized experience for internal employees participating. Beyond performance programs, this person will occasionally flex into projects across Employee Relations, Learning & Development, or Inclusion — supporting initiatives like manager enablement, employee mobility or policy updates. This role requires project management expertise and strong interpersonal skills; it offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our employees’ sense of career advancement and achievement while at Etsy. This is a full-time position reporting to Etsy’s Director, Performance Strategy.
