About The Position

Tracksuit is seeking its first Talent Partner for the Northern Hemisphere to be based in its New York office. This role reports to the Global Talent Lead and is responsible for finding and hiring talent across the US and UK, onboarding new hires, and supporting the rollout of People initiatives locally. The Talent Partner will be the primary People presence in the Northern Hemisphere, ensuring new hires feel set up for success from day one. This is an opportunity for a recruiter who is people-obsessed, commercially minded, enjoys building culture, and is willing to be hands-on.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience running a busy Go-To-Market (GTM) portfolio including Customer, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships roles.
  • Proactive sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage full cycle recruitment with successful hires across multiple markets.
  • Experience with onboarding design or people operations, or a strong enthusiasm for it.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruitment tools).
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly scaling startup.
  • Comfort with AI tools for sourcing, screening, drafting communications, and streamlining processes.
  • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in both the US and UK markets.
  • Existing network in the US tech, startup, or marketing communities.
  • Familiarity with HiBob, or similar HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruitment for US and UK roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract preparation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create job descriptions, and coach them on hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in recruitment.
  • Manage and deliver seamless onboarding experiences that align with Tracksuit's values.
  • Ensure new hires in the Northern Hemisphere feel supported, connected, and excited.
  • Manage the New York office experience, ensuring it is welcoming, inclusive, and efficient.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the global People team and the Northern Hemisphere, adapting and rolling out People programs.
  • Support compliance with US and UK laws and policies.
  • Contribute to building the employer brand through events, social media, and partnerships.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools, tracking and analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
