VulnCheck is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead recruitment efforts for its most challenging hiring segments, including niche technical roles (cybersecurity researchers, exploit developers, software engineers) and post-sales/go-to-market functions (Customer Success Engineers, TAMs, Sales Engineers, Sales, and Marketing). This is a full-cycle, sourcing-intensive position for an individual who can operate quickly, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and elevate the quality of hires. The role involves managing multiple pipelines concurrently while contributing to the development of VulnCheck's talent program. It is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Boston or Austin, TX areas, reporting to the Director of Talent.
