Position summary The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while helping create scalable hiring processes and talent pipelines for future growth. This individual will partner closely with ownership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited direction. They are not waiting to be told what to do, they drive the process, ask questions early, and help keep hiring initiatives moving forward while holding others accountable throughout the hiring process.
